An accident occurred this afternoon on the “back Rugova” street in Tirana, where a car crashed a kid about 12 years old on a bicycle.
It is reported that the minor has crashed into white lines near the big bridge in the boulevard from the “Toyota” license plate of AA 854 TB. During the crash, it is reported that the traffic light for passersby has been red, so 12-year-old bicycled was passed by with red lights.
