The BSPK as a requirement will have implementation of collective laws and contracts, job safety and labour health, recognition of the work experience for the 1990s-99s, and health insurance.
BSPK Chairman Avni Aydin said the workers' issue is not satisfactory, and that is why they will protest.
We usually have a lot of drastic violations, which don't respect employers by abusing, not respecting labour law, collective agreement, individual contract. Why do I say this individual contract, on an individual contract, says that the employee has the contract for eight hours, and he works 12 hours and doesn't even count it. So on this May 1st, we're all going out with workers, media, civil society, students, all dissatisfied with warning our government that they're not working properly and have to get back on track to help people who contribute to this country. Law enforcement, security and labour health, know the 90-99 work experience and health insurance. These are staff requests”, he said.
The BSPK head said that job safety, respect for the labour law is not satisfactory. Aydin said a worker could lose his life due to a lack of a safety belt.
While BSPK Organising Council Chairman Yusuf Azemi also spoke of the disappearance of two policemen two days earlier. As for the protest tomorrow, he said everything is ready.
Let's express our indignation about the case of two policemen who, two days ago in some form, disappeared and are still unknown where they are. The very fact that the incident occurred suggested that our government is nowhere, they don't know what's going to happen, and at last we have no full assurance of what will happen to their families after that. The BSPK organisational council, issued by the leadership, has made all preparations for the May 1st protest, which will be tomorrow at 11:18x1>, he said.
