He has said that at the first table organised by the LDK, political parties have agreed that this table will be called by other political parties.
“Yes, other meetings will be held. We've agreed that this meeting will take place in rotation”, Veliu declared for Periscope.
As for early elections, Veliu has said he will prove to be a joint agreement between political parties following meetings they will hold, on the contrary each political party will take its stand.
“We will continue the talks, we have stressed what the important issues for Kosovo are at this moment, and if we find any consensus we keep going on, and if we don't find then each subject examines its own positions and comes up with a stance”, Veliu has declared.
Asked whether the LDK has backed off on demand for extraordinary new elections, Veliu has said this has not been the LDK's stance.
He has said the LDK has invited the table with political parties, as they have considered the country to be in an institutional and political crisis.
There was no LDK position. The position of the LDK's Headship has been that we first make an effort for a political table, where political parties will be invited in order to discuss issues that we have estimated the country is in an institutional and political crisis”, Veliu has indicated for Periscope.
According to him, it is already left to other parties to call meeting similar forms, as problems and major issues are not only problems of the LDK, but of the entire political spectrum.
The political parties are here, we've discussed and we've agreed on it. The next meeting will be arranged by other parties. Even at first we thought to invite all parties to the table, because big issues, they don't belong alone. The LDK, or just a coalition, but the entire political spectrum”, has finished Veliu for Periscope.
The first table called by the Democratic League was held on April 25th, and all Kosovo political parties had participated.
This table, in the absence of LDK chairman Isa Mustaf, was led by the deputy leader of this party, Agim Veliu.
One of the main points of the table organised by the LDK was preparation for extraordinary new elections./Periscopi/
