Kadri Wessel says Kosovo citizens will soon move visa-free to the Schengen zone.
The Kosovo Assembly will be meeting over the next week to ratify the demarcation agreement with Montenegro. Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini voiced conviction that this agreement would be voted by MPs.
Wessel says meetings with MPs have intensified so that this week the session will be held to vote for demarcation ratification with Montenegro.
There is unity, despite some statements from the recent agreement between LDK and AAKA. I believe more in the reflection that is in the interest of citizens, I believe in the political maturity of two subjects, and I'm pretty sure that within the next week, meetings that we're going to have intense everyone will also overcome a situation of misunderstanding. What's key, the message is this: We're too late. It is not in the interest of citizens to delay further”, Wessel told Kosovo public television.
The head of parliament believes that this week the pro-demarketing vote of the border will be joined by MPs from Vetevendosje.
