Responding to media interest whether US Deputy Secretary Wes Mitchell has brought a four-point plan for Kosovo to Belgrade, which the American diplomat has denied, President Vuciq said under the Kumanovo agreement Kosovo cannot have an army.
“Call on everyone to find a single letter, a single letter in any international act in which it says it is allowed. Under the technical-military agreement from Kumanovo, no Kosovo forces can exist and no one else can exist. According to Resolution 1244, not Albanian forces are envisioned, but the return of Serb forces to Kosovo. Kosovo's military is at odds with all international floors”, Vuciq said.
Otherwise, US Assistant Secretary Wes Mitchell has declared today in Belgrade that Kosovo has the right to have its own army.
