A serious event is marked today in Cellice, Vlora, where a 40-year-old man has killed a relative of his with ax.
Police reportedly have received notice that in the village of Gumenica, the site is found to be about 500m away from its resident A.V., 37.
As a result of a co-operation between DVP.Vlore, Delta Force, it has become possible to whitewash the event and record capture of the author, citizens Dilaver Garaj, 40, residents of the village of Gumenica.
Pre-investigative actions allegedly both citizens have clashed with each other for poor motives, and then author Dilaver Earaj has hit him several times in the head with cutting tool (spot), citizen A.V., who has subsequently changed lives.
