Following the findings, we announce the Special Prosecutor's Council of the Republic of Kosovo, which from Monday (March 12th) has decided to enter part-time strike from one hour a day from 0900 p.m., which will last until Friday (March 16th).
The strike will be held because it does not meet the stimulus in salaries, which are ahead of the Law for the budget of the Republic of Kosovo, responsible for the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK).
Our demands are:
Retroactive extension return from January 1st this year;
Guarantee this addition as permanent supplements by fixing this issue once and for all, regardless of the establishment or not the raising of prosecutors' salaries;
The requirement for advancing legal officials who have given the Jurisprudence exam and those who have now handed over to me for progress, as well as any worker who meets the legal requirements for advancement or promotion in accordance with legal provisions.
