On March 15th and 16th 2018, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers Judges gathered at The Hague for the Third Plenare. With approval, reexamination and entry into effect of the Procedure and Evidence Adjust during the First and Second Plenares held in 2017, in July of that year, judges established the conditions for the specialised Chambers to be fully functional in a judicial sense. Since order has not yet been tested in practice, it was not necessary this time to propose or discuss its changes”, the court's announcement said.
