Milan Radojevic, deputy minister in the resignation, says he has filed a lawsuit that has stemmed from the conclusions of the meeting of the 10 Serb majority representatives in Kosovo.
“We are still determined to act within the system, within institutions, and for this we have filed a lawsuit against Kosovo Special Forces,” Radojevic told “RTS”
He added that statements by the Kosovo Police Directorate that there were no bullets in the weapons are not true, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcast.
“I also saw the box for Kalashnikov, and some specialists had one,” said Radojevic.
He adds that the Police Inspectorate is an independent institution in launching an investigation against police officers and that it determines their criminal responsibility.
He said all special Kosovo police units participated in this act of arrest and beating, and that this was the most massive operation of special units' engagement in Kosovo police history.
He added that there is fear that the move is only a preludes for a broader move and that Kosovo special forces can engage, for example, to take control of Gazivodes Lake.
He also added that representatives of the international community, as well as ambassadors, have been notified of the launch of the indictment./Periscopi/
