Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman has described Turkey as part of a <x0 disaster rectangle” along with Iran and Islamist groups, the Egyptian newspaper “reported. Al-Sourick” on Wednesday.
Saudi prince also accused Turkey of attempting to restore Islamic potassium, abolished nearly a century ago, following the collapse of the Ottoman kingdom, warns “Haretz”, Periscopi broadcast.
His reported comments reflect the Saudi Arabia's leader's deep suspicion of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, whose ruling party has its roots in Islamic politics and has joined his country with Qatar in its dispute with Saudi Arabia and several other Gulf states.
“Al-Skorouk” quoted Prince Mohammed as saying “the contemporary spectre of evil includes Iran, Turkey and religious Islamist groups. ”
