The Rector's Disputant Change of Rules

Pristina University Senate “hasan Pristina” with unanimous votes has approved the regulation for selective procedures concerning the appointment, re-appointed and advancing academic personnel to the UP on March 1st 2018.

After voting this regulation, the Rectorate management says it has recorded a technical error.

The error of the technology had improved by management, even though this regulation was approved by the Senate, an organ that sets the rules.

On February 26th 2018, the University of Pristina Rectorate had forwarded a draft of the regulation for selective procedures related to the appointment, appointment and promotion of academic personnel at the UPP to all deans of academic units. Legal Basis

Kelmendi for the JNK Journal said they were summoned to the Order Preambull, which is based on MAST Administrative Guide for Scientific Magazines. Kelmendi gave no legal basis, law, article or paragraph that allows the UPI management to intervene or change Senate decisions.

The Reasoning of the Rectorate

The YNK also contacted the teacher's proctor, Naser Sahiti, who is also one of the founders of this regulation.

Sahiti admitted that this change in the Order took place, but said it was because of technical error. He also admitted that he had sent all the deans the clarification of the technical error made in this regulation.

Prorector Sahiti admitted that the UP senators have voted regulation only with magazines 4 and 5 that are <x0od Cat” and “Director of Open Aces Jorunal”, but without magazine 3 which is “EBSCOhos” because, as “says, technical error”.

Asked whether this regulation is legitimate when the senators have voted for only two magazines, Sahiti said they voted based on pre-signs called on the MAST Administrative Guide.

Decan's Doubts

The Dean of the Jurydic Faculty, Haxhi Gashi, also part of the UP's Senate, said any legal changes should be made known.
