recommendations approved for Kosovo's exclusion from ECAR

Proposor Avdullah Hoti has read the recommendations that have emerged from the debate.

The recommendations are:

Within the time of the complaint, all right decisions are made to reverse AKA as a regular member of ECAR;

The minister to report to the Assembly for the reasons for the board's dismissal by offering information on the functional commission in closed-door reporting if necessary and actions taken against former board members for alleged violations they may have made;

In the seven-day term, a working team consisting of education experts, ministry representatives, representatives of organisations monitoring the ministry's work to prepare administrative guidelines that will define criteria and transparent procedures for selecting board members;

Based on this instruction, the list of board members to proceed to the Assembly for approval;

The Assembly recommends that the minister start drafting a new bill for the accreditment of higher education institutions, which ensure the independence of the Agency.
