Former Catalonian President Carlos Puridgemont sent a message from a German prison on Saturday that he's not giving up.
“Let them have it clear: I will not give up, I will not withdraw in the face of the illegal action of those who have lost in all elections, or the arbitration of those who are willing to refuse rule of law and law on behalf of the country's true estate”, has written Piugmont on Twitter.
The former head of the Catalonia Parliament was arrested by German police near the border with Denmark, according to an international arrest speech issued by Spain.
German police reported that the arrest had taken place, as Puigdemont would leave Germany towards Denmark.
