Kosovo has been the main theme at the Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq's Saturday conference.
This address has come six days before the meeting, warned in Brussels with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, in the context of a relaxed dialogue by the EU, where they will talk about implementing existing agreements, KTV reports.
There, Vuciqi has said that “will continue talks with Albanians” on finding a compromise for Kosovo, as they have no choice.
Vucinqi has blamed the EU for delays in forming the Serb-run municipality Association.
The Serbian president has called on his countrymen not to participate in the formation of the Kosovo Army.
He has even charged, what he called “authorities in Pristina”, that they are bribing Serbian youth to join Kosovo's “Army”.
Meanwhile, at the office of President Thaci, on Saturday they have not provided details on topics to be discussed in Brussels on 23 March.
In advance, three days in a row, from Monday to Wednesday, dialogue will develop on the technical level between the two states.
The chief of Kosovo's negotiating team in dialogue with Serbia, Avni Arifi, by telephone, has said the topic of discussion in these talks will be: The Association of Serb-based municipalities, the main bridge over the Iber River, free movement and integrated border management agreement.
