The man blew up a device before shooting guns along the 35th Interstate Highway in the early hours of Wednesday.
The FBI and police have traced the bomber's route to the “Ground Rock” area before they hit him at 3: 00 a.m. on Wednesday, police reports say, “Daily Mall” broadcast Periscope.
As police officials chased the suspect, a device exploded before police arrived at the scene.
