Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia are no part of ECAR, and their students have no problem with recognition of diplomas.
This is also a powerful fact exposing manipulations that our student diplomas will not be recognised in the EU.
But in no way is there any mention of relating or reducing the importance of ECAR for recognising the validity of our diplomas. At the same time MAST remains committed to returning the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation to ECAR within the 90-day complaint deadline, said at the end of the clarification.
