Members of the increased Kosovo Police have gone to the Jarinje border in the country's north this morning to stop possible entry into the territory of Kosovo by the director of the Office for Kosovo near Serbia's government, Marko Djuric.
Kosovo sources make it known that at the Jarinje border point, the number of Kosovo Police members who will prevent Djuriqi, who is claiming to enter Kosovo, has prominently increased.
According to these sources, there are about 40 members of the Kosovo Police who are waiting for Djuric's escort, while additional police cars are also noted instead.
There are many police officers, there are two police shifts working, there are additional vehicles of Kosovo border police, while the operation is being led by police lieutenant Colonel Mentor Shabani”, sources have said.
The director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia, Marko Djuric, along with Serbian President Nikola Sakalovic's Secretary General, has warned them of today's participation in a panel on the Kosovo Serb issue of state that will be held in northern Mitrovica.
On the other hand, the Kosovo Foreign Ministry has not granted permission for the visit of these Serbian officials to our country.
