All of this is happening at the time when Kosovo's Assembly for three consecutive times failed to vote the ratification of demarcation.
Marking the border point between Kosovo and Montenegro is one of the main conditions that would enable citizens to liberalise visas.
Our country's Allied states have appealed to the country's leaders and MPs to ratify demarcation as soon as possible.
