Lezha Mayor Fran Frokaj arrested

Report Tv has exclusively learned that the Democrat mayor has been put in handcuffs moments ago. Frokaj is accused of alienating property.

Also arrested have 24 other municipal officials on which the same charge, the same charge of alienating property, is charged. Shortly ago it was Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj said that with property in Lezha has become a crime.
