Learning Where State Reserves Were Spended

It took close to a fifth of the state reserves destined for unforeseen and emergency cases. Of the 4.8 million total reserves, 1 million were designated for the job.

But much of this crisis budget was spent on creams.

Festivals for the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence totaled 600 thousand euros, another 500,000 were divided for the 550th anniversary of Skenderbe's death, while another 100,000 were spent on the KLA's epipea.

Something more than 150 thousand euros were earmarked for marking and maintaining the state border with Montenegro.

Of the money being thought about unforeseen things, another 120 thousand euros were allocated to help the 800 families of the Egyptian community and 50,000 for other communities.
