It has ended without success in Brussels the meeting of Kosovo and Serbian delegations at the technical level within dialogue, which it adds to “The European Union, writes Koha Ditore today.
The EU's spokeswoman for foreign and enlargement issues, Maja Kocijancic, has also acknowledged that progress in dialogue is necessary for the process of European integration of both sides.
The main topics at this meeting, according to warnings from the EU on the eve of its departure Monday, have been the Association of Serb majority municipalities, energy, the Iber River bridge and border management.
The Kosovo delegation has not been promoted to reporters after this meeting in Brussels, while Serbian journalists have been addressed by Belgrade delegation chief Marko Djuric.
