However, through their defense lawyers, they have rejected evidence presented by the Special Prosecutor on which the indictment against them is based. They've been named illegal.
Three others have already pleaded guilty in other phases of the trial. The trial process against them has almost reached the end. There's only one session left before the plea. The presentation of the final word is scheduled to be held on May 15th.
