The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has reacted to the strike being held in all institutions of education.

According to the SBASK KMDLNJ, one more time they're manipulating with primary and high school students as well as with students of 5 public universities because of what “coalation has been said PDK AAK يMA has not fulfilled an agreement signed during the election campaign, meaning that the SBASK, as an independent institution, has entered clientist reports with these political subjects by securing votes in exchange for realisation of the agreement that has not had or that there is a binding character for this pre-election coalition in the last elections.

With this non-binding agreement, the SBASK has violated the principles of unionist action by lined up on the side of a subject or political coalition that seriously violates unionist independence. With these strikes typical blackmailing, the SBASK is jeopardising the learning process and weakening the educational system, which also faces a hundred thousand problems. The SBASK has not signed any agreements with the relevant institutions that would take the implementation of the agreement as binding, but has fallen victim to campaign promises, and which in most cases are not respected by political subjects”, it is said in response to the KMDLNJ.

The KMDLNj supports SBASK's efforts to ensure the rights for educational workers of the 1990s as if it was recognition of the work stage that originally was also the SBASK's request to pass then on material compensation as another requirement.

The KMDLNJ in his reaction writes that since Kosovo institutions have compensated for telling me all categories that are entitled to compensation under law in force, these institutions should also find opportunities to compensate for the education workers of the 1990s.

“The way and the amount of compensation should be regulated by law on which Kosovo institutions and representatives of education workers should talk about and which in the concrete case is SBASK. For KMDLNj, the abuse of primary and high school students is totally unacceptable for achieving SBASK's goal and instrumentising them as a means of blackmailing institutions. Students of public faculty are in a different situation because they are old and conscious of the actions and consequences they may have”.

SBASK, in terms of unionist actions in defense of the interests of those whom it represents, has the right to call on the strike only those who are members of the SBASK, whereas, nor students of elementary and high school as if neither students are members of the SBASK, so manipulation with them, except that it presents serious human rights violations, is contrary to law in force because it is a criminal act.

The KMDLNj called on all parents to send their children to schools, not to miss learning and strike on those who are members of the SBASK.

The strike as blackmail being used by manipulating students and those who are not members of the SBASK is not the way or the possibility of implementing legal rights. The pre-election agreement with political subjects or coalitions cannot replace the law, so it must be worked to ensure a binding legal infrastructure so that education workers of the 90th years can compensate for the work they have done.

How much the promise was binding during the campaign, the best example there is not how and how many the workers of the Festival of Tubes in Ferizaj who, despite the decision of the Parliament and the Constitutional Court, were left unexplored why they staged a long strike before Kosovo institutions. Only harmonised law between Kosovo institutions and the SBASK can establish the right to compensation for education workers of the 90th years in line with budgetary opportunities and budgetary planning.

KMDLNI called on the SBASK to stop manipulating with primary and high school students, as well as with students of five (5 ) public universities and to deal exclusively with membership and with them to make strikes on the contrary, will enter the registry of those who violate human rights to students and students who are forced not to go to schools and universities.

The KMDLNj called on Kosovo institutions to find the possibility that, together with the SBASK, they will establish a legal basis for compensation by determining the amount of compensation, as well as by extending it, to the most optimistic time the implementation of the law for compensation.

KMDLNj views the clientlist agreement signed between SBASK and the coalition as unsurpassed and harmful P DK AAK NISMA, which it considers non-binding and as such cannot serve during the procedure for drafting the legal basis for compensation of education workers of the 1990s.

The SBASK's “Insistance of these tools to carry out the right to compensation is in the function of daily policy and will end with promises that, as a result, there will be only partial solutions. Maybe not even this”, says KMDLNJ's reaction.
