In the special prosecutor's criminal case against organisation “The People's Eye” have so far been charged with Murat Jashari, Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Rexhep Topllana, Bajrush Konjusa, Sabit Berisha, Halim Halim, Bexhet Luzha and Lijja Luzha. They are accused of preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.
Murat Jashar is also accused of criminal retaliation in connection with the Amem Vlases wound on 12 March last year.
