The change of provisions of the demarcation agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro on the part of the Foreign Affairs Commission has sparked numerous reactions in the country.
Although days ago the government coalition and the LDK reached a consensus for this issue to be ratified in the Assembly, the same appears to have been fraud.
Regarding these recent developments taking place, LDK deputy leader Lutfi Haziri has also been declared.
The man for Indexline has indicated whether the agreement by the Foreign Affairs Commission really has been changed.
Haziri says their party has a unique stance on demarcation.
Now the agreement is confirmed and don't hold parliamentary procedures hostage, but we haven't changed our stance, but we stick to the agreement the word has been given and our position is confirmed both as Prime Minister and as a parliamentary group, so as soon as the law comes to the Assembly is ratified more quickly.
Everything's fine, when you're not just more of an essential problem, it's not about correcting the actual situation”, it's Haziri expressed.
Otherwise, the head of the Commission for Foreign Affairs, Vjosa Osmani, along with the members, voted the agreement and also prosecuted it for the Assembly. But that's not agreeing to AAK. The latter is sharply opposing where through the deputy chairman of this commission, Time Kadrijaj stressed that the points of the constituent parts of this Law have been changed.
We remember that demarcation cannot be ratified even after three sessions, as no ratification numbers are being secured. The next few days remains with the Parliament's Headship to decide for the next session where demarcation is expected to be voted.
The following is how the change of this agreement was made and what it should be.
