A man who did not believe in God was expelled from an Egyptian television studio.

Mohammed Hashem, a declared atheist, was invited to the show to talk about his point of view, but as soon as he began to reveal it, the moderator attacked him by telling him to go to the psychiatrist.

There is no scientific proof of God's existence. I don't need religion to have moral values and to be a valuable member of society”, Mohammed said, before the show moderator closed its mouth.

The host said: “How can you say that? Who created you? How come you exist in the Universe? I am so sorry that we have such an Egyptian in our program. Your views are heresy and destructive. You're setting a bad example for youth. I suggest you get out of here and go directly to psychiatry”.
