Janzic, as N1 states, has said that Serbian internal dialogue with the revival of the account of restrictions and division has made it difficult for Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucinqi to find a solution to normalisation of relations.

He has added that Vuciq will certainly present the platform for Kosovo during April, while, according to him, the internal dialogue he initiated did not help him much.

He has estimated that the Belgrade elections have enabled Vuciqi without dilemma to continue in resolving the Kosovo issue.

He has stressed that regulating relations between Belgrade and Pristina is possible according to the two Germanys model.

Showing that, currently, while continuing internal dialogue, it is speculated to be set up as a group of proposals, he has said that if the EU is targeted, then it is only an option.

This means that if you want to go to normalisation, in signing the legally binding agreement to enter the EU, Serbia is not obliged to recognise Kosovo. But that prospect is also basically opened up. And the other one, she may not vote for Kosovo's membership in the UN, but Serbia does not even close that possibility. This is what's called the model of two Germanys”, Janjiq said.

The key “element is December 31st 2023. If the deal in the legally binding agreement is met by this date and other chapters are closed, Serbia receives the invitation for EU membership”, Janjic has said.
