According to one report, Deputy Prime Minister Hoti has thanked Minister Roth for the support the German state has provided to the state of Kosovo in all spheres, especially those of Culture, Youth, Sports and Cultural Heritage. Hoti called on Roth to commit to assist Kosovo on the road to membership in international cultural organisations, the Trafficking Network, and to lobby for membership in U NESTO, where he got Roth's support.
The deputy minister said that strengthening and deepening further co-operation between the two countries is of strategic importance in all areas of culture through the realisation of concrete projects and the exchange of field experiences and professionals, with what they also received the approval of Minister Roth.
Hoti has also met with Leipzig Book Fair Director Oliver Zile. Hoti discussed with director Zille about the possibility that Kosovo will be present constantly at the Book Fair with publications of all book eaters. Director Zile said he welcomes Kosovo's participation in the fair as an added value and enrichs this organisation that has a very old tradition and that various states around the world participate.
In the course of these meetings, Hoti also had a conversation with Liechtenstein's ambassador to Berlin, Isabel Frommelt-Gotschald. Hoti discussed with the ambassador the construction of more direct reports on cultural co-operation between the two countries, as well as Kosovo's support for membership in international cultural mechanisms.
It becomes known that Hoti has represented Kosovo in its participation in the Leipzig Fair at the invitation of Travel, even though we are not yet members of this European network.
Turnout and discussion during this visit have been important because bilateral meetings at the level of ministers have been conducted for advancing the cultural institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in international institutions, said the statement.
