Who is Gaia, Mogher's niece who was arrested for narcotics?

Gaia Moghrini, the niece of the Union's Senior Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security in the EU, Federica Moghrini, is among the twenty-one arrested by Italian police, following an operation co-ordinated by Rome's Anti-Mafia District Directorate. She's accused of possession of cocaine.

26-year-old Gaia Moghrin is the daughter of Federica Moghrin's brother. Gaia has also been arrested in 2016, along with 15 others charged with trafficking and drug possession.

According to the head of the indictment, Moghrin had received an unknown amount of cocaine-like narcotics on February 28, 2015, in order to ensure its commercialisation, by Manuel Zumpano.
