After heavy rainfall in recent days, the situation in the villages of the low plain of Under Shkodra is moving towards improvement.
In a proposal for ATSH, Shkodra County Prefect Cesk Milja says today the situation is moving towards normalisation.
The flooded area in Obot and Dajc has fallen, only during the first part of the day by 30%, while even natural lake flows are declining.
