The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has pronounced a month's detention to two suspects in the assassination of the Shani brothers and Bahri Malokut, who were killed Thursday after midnight with firearms in Ploqica in Malisheva.
Gjakova Foundation Prosecutor Agron Matjan for Indexline has said there are evidence that the two suspects are involved in the case.
Matjan stressed that the two suspects -- Blerim and Besim Maloku -- have been questioned about the case, but they disputed that they have nothing to do with it.
“Blerim and Maloku Besim are already in custody. They didn't have lawyers, but the police officially assigned their lawyers to protect them. Agim Muharnier is for Faith while for Purchasing it's Max's lawyer. Suspects have been questioned. But they have opposed that they have killed the Maloch brothers because they are relatives, their four cousins with blood, and they accept nothing. The court has given him custody because he has evidence, there are some witnesses who have spoken and indicated the suspects are involved in the case. The investigations are continuing, the court has assigned them a month of detention” Matyan has said.
The Maloch brothers have been killed in an attempt to prevent the livestock theft in their backyard.
The residents of Ploqica have said that a car theft had occurred in this village last week, while thieves last night wanted to rob the Maloku family cows.
Both Maloch brothers killed were married. Shannon has left his wife with four children, and Bahriu has left his wife and two children.
