Limaj is charged by the prosecution that as commander of the KLA's 121st Brigade, he has not taken reasonable and necessary measures within his competencies to prevent him, or to stop the murder of Ramiz Hoxha and Selman Binish.
At the last trial hearing, Limaj has declared he is innocent about the charges, saying he has been convinced of innocence from the start.
I've been convinced of innocence since there was no evidence, but I'm convinced that the prosecution itself knew there was no evidence. Even if the court review failed to find the taskmaster, and the commanding officer, I consider that for the damaged families, it has been satisphacial, since it has proved that the tendency to embed has been unsuccessful”, Limaj said.
The trial will be announced tomorrow at 09:30.
