A court in Egypt today sentenced 10 people to death and five others to life imprisonment after being found guilty of forming a terrorist cell, with the aim of organising attacks on members of security forces and other state institutions.
Egyptian media report that prisoners were bound to a banned group of Muslim brothers and that the objective of their attacks must also be the Christian minority.
