Insider reports that the Rahovec-based company for processing and conservation of meat, the Rahovec-based company, has exported meat from the company {Vevaba].
The company's name was discovered after securing some documents within Kosovo Customs.
“Europa Ida” had imported meat three times within May and June 2016. Imported meat had been “mish found”. “Europa Ida” had received about 60 tonnes of meat from Belgian company “Vevaba” in three imports implemented separate from each other.
Despite the document's pointing to the company's imports “Europa Ida” from the Belgian company, which is part of the broken meat scandal “Vevaba”, company director from Rahoveci, Anton Jupa has said his company never imported meat from Belgium.
“
The company's director “Europa Ida”, questioned by Insander about the import his company carried out from “Vevaba”, spoke of a meat scandal, which, according to him, had erupted in Belgium “around 7-8 months ago”
I'm in the event too, but this [scandal] happened about 7-8 months ago, if not wrong. I don't know if it's the Veviba scandal, but in Belgium there was a scandal 7-8 months ago”, said Yupa.
Even Yupa has said that even authorities and the media in Kosovo have repented “that have made Belgian meat scandal large”.
“Ama qerjova wasn't her, because these tones have regretted having made this work a lot”, Kosovo company director “Ida” said of Insader.
He has said his company co-operates with Brazil and Poland for the import of meat in Kosovo.
Meat, which had been exported from Belgian company Veviba to Kosovo, had sometimes been on an expired deadline of 12 years.
The investigation into the company was launched after Kosovo Customs in September 2016 had eliminated 20 tonnes of meat, since a large quantity of meat had been destroyed.
This company had exported its meat to Kosovo even before 20 tonnes of meat destroyed by Kosovo Customs.
