At the promotion of Hashim Thaci's biographic book, titled: “New states, modern states “, in London of Great Britain, writer Boys stated that at Hashim Thaci had seen a personality whose name “was not properly marked in history”.

Boys claimed that “from here advanced to co-founding an army and convinced people that things should take place step by step at a very new age”.
Boys even says the KLA's disarming was Thaci's credit.
