Tensions between the two countries have increased after London accuses Moscow of standing behind the attack with nervous agents on the former Russian spy in Britain.
Russia has announced it will expel British diplomats after Britain has ordered the expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats, as part of the punitive measures against Russia for poisoning former Spirus Sergei Scripal and his daughter Julia.
Moscow has denied any involvement in the poisoning of the former Russian spy.
