The agency, with the assistance of the Kosovo Police, has issued a property of the social company ♫Lux, already after the intervention and release of this establishment, in nine other cases property users have expressed readiness to recognise the AKP's administrative authority and have signed rent contracts. The ten locals currently managed by the AKP are assets of the social company ♫Lux”, said an AKP communiqué.
Addressing these cases of illegal usurpation or users was the Agency's objective, with the aim of providing security for investors interested in participating in the privatisation process.
