Maybe the government made a mistake with the way the Accreditation Agency downloaded the Board. But this board has made charters in education, has closed valuable programs at public universities and opened medical programs at private fanatic universities. Consistency of these decisions will be seen very soon.
The government should investigate the board and, along with all other institutions, university and professional groups, decide on a new board, with a much more defined mandate.
Must stop this mess in higher education. Interest groups have overwhelmed education and turned it into very useful material business, but extremely low in quality. Public institutions have enabled them to do so.
