(8 years ago)Since tomorrow the +381 prefix in Kosovo will be out of use. New +383 prefix should be used instead. In line with the Brussels Agreement, under which Kosovo is equipped with +383 prefixing and out of use +377, +386 and +381. By any means, long ago, the call [...] has been made in Kosovo.

By far, long ago, Kosovo's first call has been made with the new +383 prefix. The symbolic call took place during a press conference in Kosovo's “Telekom” offices.
