Only at the Kosovar Centre for the rehabilitation of Torture Survivors (QKRMT), according to director Feride Rushiti, 25 new cases have been presented that were not reported earlier, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
She has said she expects that during the first year the number of those applying to exceed the number of a thousand people. The entire application process, by law, will last five years. The application began on 5 February of this year.
In terms of this process, in November last year, the Government of Kosovo has made a decision to appoint compensation for those violated during the war, which will be 230 euros.
