Members of the University of Pristina academic staff “Hasan Pristina”, with the start of the summer semester starting within 2 weeks, may be punished in wages if they are absent without reason in the learning process, Koha Ditore writes today.
This is after the University of Pristina has begun to establish in any academic unit the electronic system of follow-up in the education process. The academic staff will be obliged to record their watch through a scroll chip. The same system will also register the follow-up of UPP students.

Article 7 of the academic staff's personal income regulation, additions for office, honouraries and permanent commissions at the UPI emphasises that academic staff, who without reason are missing from the learning process, keeping exams, and custody will be sanctioned with proportional pay removal (for professors: 1 hour teaching 50 euros, and for assistants 1 hour teaching 25 euros.
