Pristina's Constitutional Court is expected to prosecute the second indictment against them in the General Department, as criminal acts they are charged with are not punishable more than 10 years in prison. That is why the session, scheduled for this month's 26th, has been postponed.
That this subject should not be tried by the Department of Criminals has been hired by law connoisseurs and the accused himself.
Along with Haxhi and Kadaj-Bujupin, the accused are the other VV deputy, Besa Battiu, as well as the Minister of Infrastructure, Paul Lekaj, who was AAK deputy at the time he was investigated.
