The Vetevendosje Movement has held today a media conference regarding convicted VV activists, for whom the Court of Appeals is expected to hold the session on February 22nd.
VV MP Arberie Nagavci has immediately demanded that recommendations be experienced that were voted in the Assembly for convicted activists of this political subject.
“This conference is aimed at our request for the immediate life expectancy of conclusions drawn in the Kosovo Assembly, following parliamentary debate on VV activists. As you know, four young political students -- innocent citizens of this country, Frasher Krasniqi, Atthe Arifi, Egzon Haliti and Adea Batusha -- have been sentenced to more than 21 years in prison until Astrit Dehari died violently in prison where he was held without any accusation, never being questioned by the prosecutor of the case. What happened in our activists' process was an unprecedented”, Nagavci said.
She has said this is a deliberate and illegal effort for blaming VV activists and the Vetevendosje Movement itself as political subject.
On Thursday, February 22nd holds the Appeals Court hearing, against four activists for whom Nagavd has said he hopes there will finally be justice.
“So, the February 22nd day where the court hearing is to be held, should be the day of the start-up of all these injustices”, she said.
That was the VV's full request:
The Pristina Foundation Court's act of prejudice raises inevitable questions:
1. Who are the true actors of the shooting on August 4, 2016?
2. Who is the organizer for punishing activists of the Vetevendosje Movement?
3. Who are the ideas of this obsession to LVV activists?
4. Who killed Astrit Dehar at Prizren prison on November 5, 2016?
Because of this insistence, due to direct evolution, due to suspicion based on high circuit evolution in Kosovo Police, Special Prosecutor and Kosovo Judiciary, we ask:
1. In the case of the attack on the Kosovo Assembly building on August 4th 2016, a thorough international investigation by any Western EU member states, including the neutral countries of Western Europe and Switzerland, is required, but removing it from the Astrit Dehar case.
2. Downloading all persons from Kosovo Police involved in this controversial case
3. Downloading all persons who were computerists in the state hierarchy when the case of Astrit Dehari is likely
