Heavy is the situation in Bulqiza, where heavy snowfalls have caused the Bulqiza-Pepidia road and Bulqiza-Burrell to be crossed with very difficult chains. Blocked are the Bulqiza-Krasta streets, the Bulait-Zona D Qafe, and the Chereneci-Stalve Bridge.
Insulated are the tribish administrative units, Ostren, Marthas and many villages of the Fushe-Bulqiza units, Zerqan and Shupenza. Snowfall in the city is 30cm, while in administrative units range from 50 to 80cm.
There's been an impasse in the D-area and Martaneshi mines today. There's also a school break.
It's already blocked. The Lambasan-Gainar Road is crossed only by chains. Learning doesn't take place in Labinot-Mal and its villages and Grace.
