Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has joined the stance of Parliament's head, Kadri Veselin, that the abolition of the Special cannot be done. As long as he called this court unjust to Kosovo. But her formation reasoned with the creation of circumstances for this court to be formed.
Thaci has said that the possibility of establishing a court through Russia's sponsorship at the UN and other countries that have not recognised Kosovo has prompted it to be the pro-creative Special Court in 2015.
Thaci's withdrawal, they never liked OVL UCK officials.
Migen Shala, secretary of this organisation, told “Insander” that Thaci's withdrawal is wrong, adding that even though they will be able to abolish this court.
“We do not give up demands because our demands are right as regards special court”, Shala said.
Even to do so, he does not rule out even organising the protests, it seems that the next decisions will be taken as O Council. VL KLA.
We, like OVL, were once again able to give the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly the opportunity to abolish this decision, as it was a fair fight by UCK. Concretically for future steps, the OVL board of the highest body's management. We don't even rule out protests”, Shala has said, among other things.
President Thaci was among the main initiatives for this tribunal to be formed. In 2015, he had repeatedly declared that its formation would be the removal of the stain for the Kosovo Liberation Army war.
However, his position had recently changed, where he had said forming this tribunal has been a wrong decision, and that its abolition should be made because, as he said, it is unfair that Kosovo is the only state in the region, which owns such a court.
The initiative to abolish the Special Court was undertaken on 22 days last year, where the chiefs of PDK parliamentary groups, AAK and NISMA, had called the chairmanship meeting for the appointment of an extraordinary session in which the abolition would take place.
However, at the chairmanship meeting, representatives of the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo had been missing.
This initiative, the officials of these two parties, had described it as inconsistent.
And harsh reactions had expressed ambassadors of the QUINT countries.
US Ambassador to Pristina Greg Delaway, the eventual abolition of this court, had called it the destruction of Kosovo's statehood, and the destruction of reports with Kosovo state allies.
Similar thinking had been given by United Britain's Ambassador Ruinari O'Coonel.
He abolished the Special as fatal to the country.
And their opposition had prevented the O Mayor VL-UCK's, Nasim Haradinaj.
He had called the American ambassador like a clown, and he never regretted such an expression.
And now, O officials VL-UCK has remained without the support and support of institutional leaders for abolishing this Court.
