The T.N.T. trial continues.

At the Criminal Court, the trial continues for the subject “T.N.” of the Special Public Prosecutor, which concerns the collapse of the “Cosmos”) complex of businessman and president of the European Future Party, Fiat Canoski. Former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, former Transport and Links Minister Mile Janakieski and former chairman [...] attended the session today.

Today's session was attended by former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, former Transport and Links Minister Mile Janakieski and former Gaz Mayor Toni Trajkovski, who have been charged with ousting the “kosmos” complex.
At the start of the session, Defence Attorney Dimitar Dangov called for a break in the debate with the motive of earlier reading the video-inciplification process from last session of January 24th.
The defence also, it took time to prepare for it because it has not yet received the procedure in the 24-hour term, as the law predicts, Lawyer Dangov said. Under these circumstances he called for the annulment of today's session.
But prosecutor Burim Rutemi rejected and said there is no need to cancel, so he asked Judge Ognen Stavrev for the hearing to continue under these conditions.
In the case of “T.N. ” accused of seven persons, including Gazi Baba construction inspector and three members of the municipal commission for supplies.
According to the prosecution, damage to 16m euros has been caused by the fall procedure, while in the Gazi Baba municipality budget, even three million denars. Canoski and the firm FIMS warned they would file requests for the damage caused. Supreme meeting indictees expressed themselves not guilty.
The seven accused, at the preliminary hearing, were declared innocent.
The Court of Appeals on November 4th last year ruled that the conversations filed in the case “T.N.T.” could be used as evidence in the court procedure.
