Thaci seeks support from Bangladesh

The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, hosted Bangladesh Foreign Affairs Minister Shahriar Alam today, who told him recognition of Bangladesh has come at a very important time for Kosovo. The head of state expressed thanks to the Alamin minister for participating in the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of independence.

“We are grateful for the recognition of the state of Kosovo. Your recognition has come at a very important time for Kosovo. We will always be grateful”, the country's first highlight, until it demanded that co-operation between the two countries deepen even more.

And Bangladesh Foreign Affairs Minister Shahriar Alam has assured President Thaci that co-operation between Bangladesh and Kosovo will continue.

In the end, President Thaci requested from Minister Alam Bangladesh's support in the Kosovo membership process in international organisations.
