The Speaker of the Assembly, co-workers, let me on behalf of the new PDK Parliamentary Group confirm our principled position as the political subject of general civic interest, and exactly the return to this continuing session (marato), despite the fact that we left as manifestation of political discontent with the form and manner of selecting the constitutions, is the clear indicator of these principles.

In addition, we are now back in the same session with one request; do not proceed with mistakes, because we all have responsibilities toward law and citizens.

Because the call for the third time to continue the same session, while we've been in the timeline to invite regular sessions, since the country's professional organs have now been established, it's unrecognised practice so far, or it's better said the worst practice.

This practice, except bad, carries on itself even legal offenses, takes into account that the point of the agenda; In declaring the overall interest in establishing an economic zone on ownership managed by the KP, with such a large area, it is of particular importance, so it must definitely undergo regular legal procedure, the constitutional obligations of Article 52. Paragraph 2, Law No.03? L-040, For Local Self-Government, which says: “The power for politics and finance is responsible for reviewing all policies, fiscal and financial documents, plans and initiatives, including strategic planning documents...”. So such a proposal of strategic importance without a recommendation from the professional body of the Parliament with clear legal responsibilities, we consider it illegal.

The proposal also has no clarity and it's weak in content because:

Honored assembly colleagues, on the basis of all of this, as well as the legal responsibilities and obligations before citizens, on behalf of the PDK Parliamentary Group in the District Convention of Skyerw, I propose that this agenda point be removed from the agenda and that the executive be obliged to propose the same at one of the next sessions in regular legal procedure, with an excuse proposal on legal terms and complete in terms of content.

Honored Mayor of the municipality, I take the opportunity to confirm to you that we as the Parliamentary Group and as political subject continue with our political consortium in full and fair support, as long as in this country you bring in legitimate initiatives and proposals and proposals and in civic interest, but not also foreign and half foreign proposals and initiatives, such as this proposal that we are currently discussing.
