Shpend Ahmeti: We have a majority, we're going to function as a municipality.

Shpend Ahmeti, chairman of the Pristina municipality, spoke extensively about the situation in Vetevendosje Movement, but also in Pristina's municipality.

Ahmeti said the main reason he has won with very close results for the first of Pristina was the “reunification of all parties against me”.

“U joined several political subjects so those that are today in the coalition in central government”, Ahmeti said at KTV, broadcast Periscopi.

We are in the Pristina municipality today in the coalition with the AKR, AAK and Movement for Union. All shareholders have already been voted into the Communist Assembly. For the first time, we'll have public companies under management. Now we have a majority in the Municipal Assembly, we have 7 public companies under management which means we're going to function as municipality”, he stressed.
