Kosovo police said today they are investigating a threatening letter that has appeared today in the northern town of Zubin Potok.
The letter, which has been signed by an unknown group so far called “Northarma” (Sverna Armija) threatens several Serb members of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK), urging them to leave the institution.
“We are witnesses to “Albanians” from Pristina to include Serbs from Zubin Potok in the army U n The CK, or KSF, in the same army, which has killed our children, women and elders throughout Kosovo”, is said on paper.
We don't allow the broken people of our blood who have accepted this call to live, work and be in Zubin Potok. We're not gonna let them help Zubin Potok's municipality lead the mayor. We'll break their bones”, says this letter.
The names of seven local Serbs allegedly part of the KSF are placed on this pamphlet with a message at the end of it.
You soldiers, I'll see you soon. You can't protect the municipality, nor the police”, says the letter.
This threat comes a few months after the homes of two Serb KSF members in the north were attacked by persons so far unknown. Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had condemned this attack.
Kosovo police confirmed today's letter as they said they are investigating the case.
Police are working that way. We've notified the DA. The leaflets in question were found located in several locations in Zubin Potok”, told Kalxo. com Deputy Director of Police for the Northern region Besim Hoti.
Kosovo Security Force Ministry spokesman Ibrahim Shala also confirmed the pamphlets against Serb KSF members in the north.
“KSF has been notified of those messages. We're now waiting for the security bodies to deal with this matter”, Shala told Kalxo. com
